• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.

• Knowledgeable in RKAB submission processes, including reclamation plans and post-mining (mine closure) plans.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in multiple engineering disciplines, including Geotechnical, Drilling, Survey, and Blasting.

• Develop medium-term mine planning as an operational reference and long-term planning as a strategic direction for mining sequence progression, aligned with mining permits (FS, RKAB, RR, RPT, Environmental Documents).

• Conduct reviews and analyses, and develop technical options based on mining data and plans.

• Supervise and ensure mining operations are carried out in accordance with the approved plans.

• Evaluate mining activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and regulations across all aspects of work.

• Prepare the Department’s Annual Budget Plan.

• Monitor and coordinate Geotechnical, Survey, and Blasting Sections.
