We are currently expanding our e-commerce team and looking for passionate individuals who want hands-on experience, real impact, and growth in a performance-driven digital environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily order processing across all marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Lazada, etc.)
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment and on-time shipment
Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and address operational issues promptly
Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, and after-sales via chat or platform messages
Solve customer problems with a clear, fast, and friendly approach to maintain high satisfaction
Update product listings, prices, and stock when needed
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations or Customer Service
Familiar with marketplace dashboards (Shopee/Seller Center, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working with operational timelines and peak campaign seasons
Able to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Customer-centric mindset with a calm and professional attitude
