Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding
Handle the full recruitment process from manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, to hiring
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including payroll system management and employee tax (PPh 21) reporting
Manage and administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Manpower Laws and regulations
Develop, update, and monitor KPI systems, and conduct employee performance evaluations
Handle and monitor company expenses and prepare related reports
Manage, record, and periodically monitor company assets with accuracy and attention to detail
Act as the main point of contact for HR and Payroll coordination with Head Office / Headquarters
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management
Perform a hands-on HR role, independently managing HR matters on a day-to-day basis
Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR & Payroll Supervisor or in a related role
Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory)
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and Indonesian labor regulations
Proven experience in handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and employee taxation
Experienced in using payroll systems and HR administrative tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling data and reports
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and passion for the HR field
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and professional correspondence abilities, especially with Head Office / Headquarters.
