On behalf of our client, a well-established producer company specializing in masterbatch color and additive solutions, is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to support daily operational and customer coordination activities.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Process and input customer Purchase Orders (PO) accurately into the system
Monitor and follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and customer requests
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
Participate in weekly production scheduling meetings
Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and related documentation
Arrange and coordinate transportation for product deliveries
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication with customers
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work overtime when required
Emotionally stable, professional, and customer-oriented
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passive English proficiency (reading and understanding emails/documents) is required
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment is an advantage
