Job Description:
Responsible for scheduling meetings, managing the event calendar, and sending reminders to relevant parties.
Prepare reports for management and handle secretarial and administrative tasks.
Edit reports, documents, and presentations.
Arrange necessary facilities for scheduled events.
Draft travel itineraries for both business and personal trips.
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of Management.
Collaborate closely with the Management Team in following up on strategic tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (D3) in any major
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High integrity and strong commitment
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, honest, and able to multitask
Able to work under pressure
Capable of maintaining company confidentiality
Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
