Job Description:
Establish, manage, and maintain document control systems for data centre projects
Control numbering, versioning, distribution, and archiving of project documents
Ensure timely submission, approval, and retrieval of drawings, reports, and records
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on document workflows
Ensure compliance with project procedures, audit requirements, and data centre standards
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar document controller role
Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation under tight deadlines
Experience in data centre or mission-critical projects is a strong advantage
