Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure on a daily basis, including networks, servers, and NAS storage systems.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot company network connections and Sangfor firewall systems to ensure stable and secure network operations.
Provide technical support for employees’ IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanning devices.
Maintain server systems, manage data backups, and handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems and office application software.
Manage endpoint security and antivirus systems, perform system updates and patch management, and support access control systems, CCTV, IP telephony, and video conferencing systems.
Coordinate with IT vendors and the company headquarters to resolve system maintenance and technical issues, and support routine information security measures and emergency drills.
