Responsibilities:
Handling customer's complaints and give information via Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Video Call, and Social Media.
Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problems.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree (D3) in any related field.
Min. 1 year experience in contact center specialized in banking industries.
Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and to identify the decision making possibilities.
Ready to work on shifting 24 hours.
Willing to join immediately.
Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.
