About the role
Join PT YonMing Indonesia and play a key role in managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting efficient business processes across our operations. Our Indonesia branch is currently expanding, and we are looking to fill the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
Finance Team Leadership & Operations: Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team while coordinate daily finance operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare, review, and analyze Group financial statements and management reports to ensure timely and reliable reporting
Closing, Controls & Reconciliations: Oversee month-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliations, ensuring strong internal controls and data integrity
Compliance, Policy & Governance: Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies, and drive continuous improvement of accounting procedures
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
Cross-Functional & Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with administrative functions and relevant departments on finance-related matters

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the accounting and finance field
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
