Job Responsibilities :
Prepare reports on discounts based on trading terms agreements with modern retail customers
Remind customers of past-due invoices
Complete forms for credit limit increases or temporary releases for customers in need, including reviewing forms completed by branch administrators
Complete NOO forms and review attached documents
Inform corporate sales customers, which are then forwarded to the relevant CRO for follow-up
Receive emails regarding Purchase Orders from corporate customers
Open submitted DO and complete PO documents to be forwarded to collection administrators
Create sales reports in accordance with existing DO
Job Qualification :
Minimum education : associate degree in any major
Minimum 2 year experience as Admin Support in a similar background (food ingredients/ FMCG food industry is a plus)
Able to operate microsoft office (excel and word) for processing data
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Honest, detailed oriented, fast response and organized person
Able to work as individual and as a team
