Job Responsibilities:
Assist sales department to create sales quotation until sales invoice
Assist procurement department to create purchasing order
Delivery document to supplier and customer
Assist accounting & tax department to create tax invoice (PPN, PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4 (2)), and handle petty cash
Other administrative ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Education & Experience:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in business or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience working, fresh graduate are welcome
Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities (recommended in English)
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work in a team or individually
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Active and high intiative
Energetic, meticulous, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
