We are seeking high-potential professionals to join our Operational Management Trainee program, a structured development initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in the retail industry.
During the program, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to daily store operations, engage directly with sales activities, and receive comprehensive on-the-job training. Upon successful completion of the program (approximately one year), candidates will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager, based on their performance appraisal.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store workflows, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate store staff, assist in shift scheduling, and participate in training associates to maintain high performance standards.
Sales & Profitability: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and shrinkage to drive store growth.
Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador by resolving customer escalations and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the store adheres to all health, safety, and security regulations, as well as internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strategic Reporting: Analyze sales data and inventory reports to provide actionable insights for regional management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3.00 of minimum GPA.
Fresh graduates or professionals with maximum 2 years of working experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, and ability to coordinate across departments.
High learning agility and strong motivation to follow a structured training program.
Willing to be placed in all across Indonesia.
