1. Male

2. Age 27-35 years

3. Experienced (min 3 years)

4. Master's degree in Psychology (S2)/ Professional Psychologist

5. Bachelor of Law

For Candidate from graduate Master's degree in Psychology (S2), Professional Psychologist:

1. Field: Industrial-Organizational Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist

2. Understand Recruitment Process

3. Understand Organizational Development Concept

4. Understand the use of psychological testing tools

5. Experienced in making psychological dynamics reports

6. Understand Counseling Handling

7. ⁠Understand Talent Management

8. Active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktek Psikologi)

For Candidate from graduate Bachelor of Law:

1. Ensure compliance : labor laws, regulations & company policies

2. Has the ability to draft an agreement, evaluate legal aspect and/or situation, able to provide solutions with the aim to protect legal rights of the company.

3. Strong logical, research, and analytical skills, well organized and pay attention to details.

4. Has passed Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) is preferable.

5. Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
