Payroll Freelance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Payroll Specialist to support our monthly payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary administration. You will work closely with the HR and Finance team to process payroll for employees and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for staff (including overtime, bonuses, BPJS, and tax deductions)

• Generate and distribute payslips

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of BPJS and PPh 21 reports

• Maintain payroll records and employee data

• Support any payroll-related audit or data reconciliation

• Coordinate with relevant departments for payroll cutoff and approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accounting, Information System or any related major.

• Proven experience in payroll processing (min. 3 years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, payroll taxation (PPh 21), and Coretax.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or payroll systems (Talenta, Gadjian, etc.).

• Attention to detail, high integrity, and confidentiality

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willing to attend on-site coordination 1–2x per week (flexible hours)

• Willing to work at TB Simatupang.
