Tanggung Jawab :

  • Memproses Purchase Order yang masuk dan monitoring sampai dengan barang terkirim ke pelanggan.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan Departemen logistik atau pengiriman untuk memastikan pengiriman barang sesuai dengan pesanan pelanggan.

  • Menangani after sales service (complain, retur, barang mendekati dan atau kedaluarsa, relokasi barang distributor) dan melakukan penelusuran produk yang terkirim ke pelanggan.

  • Memproses registrasi data pelanggan

  • Melaksanakan prosedur sesuai SOP dan Food Safety


Requirement :

  • Pendidikan Min. D3

  • Pengalaman Min. 2 Tahun

  • Menguasai Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Kemampuan Komunikasi yang baik
