We are a luxury Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction (Design & Build) firm specializing in high-end residential projects. We are seeking an Interior Designer who is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficient and timely in a project-based environment, based in Tangerang, Banten.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and preferences
Create interior design concepts for luxury residential projects
Prepare interior drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting for residential interiors
Coordinate with Architects, Project Managers, QS, and Site Teams
Review shop drawings, samples, and material submissions
Supervise and ensure interior works align with approved designs and timelines
Maintain quality control during construction and installation phases
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture from reputable university
Minimum 3 years experience as an Interior Designer
Experience in high-end residential / luxury interior projects is preferred
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, detailing, and construction methods
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized
Quality & initiative minded to achieve all deadlines
Demonstrate leadership and excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
