Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) any Major.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF
Experience in relevant areas: Accounting, Inventory, Materials Management and Supply Chain.
Excellent communication skills (English - Oral & Written)
Strong details and analytical skills.
Creative & open minded.
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for routine and impromptu purchases made by a company from its affiliated vendors.
Coordinating and managing all activities during the purchasing process, such as receiving purchase requisition, creating purchase orders, making CER when needed, monitoring transportation and invoice creation and follow-through.
Research and evaluate suppliers based on things like cost, selection, service, distribution capabilities and availability.
Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business
Negotiate and renegotiate Contracts with suppliers i.e. negotiate new deals, as well as renegotiate expiring contracts.
Monitor purchases through the delivery process, tracking the progress of all shipments and addressing any problems.
Review documents submitted for prospective vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Organize and locate office assets & inventory in databases.
Conduct other projects for purchasing as requested
