Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Fisheries or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fisheries, manufacturing or FMCG industries.
Experience supervising a procurement team.
Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of supply chain processes, supplier management and procurement best practices.
Job Descriptions:
Developing and executing procurement plans and strategies in line with company objectives.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, delivery monitoring, and pricing control.
Coordinate closely with production, planning, and related departments to ensure material availability aligns with operational requirements.
Supervise and guide procurement team members, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with internal procedures, and performance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including supplier evaluation, negotiation support, and issue resolution.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in SAP/ERP systems, including PO, GR, invoice matching, and vendor master data.
Prepare regular procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance dashboards to support management decision-making.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
