Procurement Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Fisheries or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fisheries, manufacturing or FMCG industries.

• Experience supervising a procurement team.

• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes, supplier management and procurement best practices.

Job Descriptions:

• Developing and executing procurement plans and strategies in line with company objectives.

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, delivery monitoring, and pricing control.

• Coordinate closely with production, planning, and related departments to ensure material availability aligns with operational requirements.

• Supervise and guide procurement team members, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with internal procedures, and performance standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including supplier evaluation, negotiation support, and issue resolution.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in SAP/ERP systems, including PO, GR, invoice matching, and vendor master data.

• Prepare regular procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance dashboards to support management decision-making.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
