Project Control

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Control professional to join our dynamic team at PT Spektra Solusindo. In this full-time role based in South Tangerang, Banten, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating the delivery of complex engineering projects. As a Project Control specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our strategic initiatives through effective planning, scheduling, and cost management.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as HVAC and MEP Supervisor.

2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management

4. Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, to develop and maintain project plans and reports

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

6. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues

7. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.

Job Descriptions :

1. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and identify potential risks or issues

2. Monitoring project performance against defined goals and timelines, providing regular updates and recommendations to project stakeholders

3. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of project deliverables

4. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project control and reporting capabilities

5. Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers and team members on project control best practices

6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including cost reports, progress tracking, and lessons learned
