Internal Audit Supervisor (Manufacturing Focused)
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or have experience in production role.
Should have at least 2 years of work experience in operational auditor.
Familiarity with SAP, ISO, FSSC 22000, and GMP is a must.
Ability to analyze data, including data in SAP, is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Should be a process-oriented individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
Should have a curious and proactive attitude towards work.
Job Description:
Conduct efficient and effective audit plans and audit programs.
Prepare comprehensive audit findings reports and communicate them to auditees.
Ensure working papers are complete and systematic to support audit findings.
Monitor ongoing improvements to internal controls.
Continuously develop oneself and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement.
