- Memiliki relasi dibidangnya
- Bersedia ditempatkan di JABODETABEK
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.90
- Tidak ada keterikatan kontrak kerja di perusahaan lainnya
- Berpengalaman di bidang perbankan/asuransi lebih disukai
