About the role
We are seeking a talented Public Relation (PR) professional to join our dynamic team at PT Cakra Jala Teknologi. As a PR specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the company's public image and communications strategy. This contract position is based in our office in South Jakarta, providing you the opportunity to work within a vibrant and innovative technology environment.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and partners
Crafting and distributing press releases, media pitches, and other PR content to generate positive media coverage
Organising and coordinating media events, press conferences, and other public-facing activities
Monitoring and analysing media trends and public perception to identify opportunities and address potential issues
Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate PR initiatives with broader marketing and communication efforts
Providing strategic counsel and recommendations to the leadership team on PR and reputation management
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Strong media relations skills and established contacts within the local and national media landscape
Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns that drive measurable results
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital communication channels
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
