Planning and Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Control Manager to manage project planning and scheduling activities for Solar PV projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of project controls within the renewable energy sector.

Key Requirements:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders

• Analyze critical path and resource loading

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

• Support delay analysis and mitigation planning

• Ensure schedules align with project execution strategies.

• Good communication and writing in English.

• Willing to be assigned in Project site in Bandung, Indonesia.

Technical requirements and responsibilities:

• Detailed analysis and continuous understanding/implementation of the PPA and EPC Contracts in all related to planning and reporting;

• 8–10 years of experience as a Scheduler / Planner

• Proven experience in Solar PV

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6

• Good understanding of EPC project planning and controls

• Strong analytical and communication skills
