We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Construction Manager to join our team for the Saguling Solar Project site in Bandung, Indonesia. If you have a strong background in Solar PV and/or Power plant construction and a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Construction Manager.
Manage site operations, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversees QA/QC, including but not limited to developing and implementation of ITPs, site inspection and etc.
Ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient project delivery.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project management team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, specifically in Solar PV and Power Plant Projects.
Background in Engineer (electrical is an advantage)
Possession of PTJ (SKA Madya/Intermediate) certification.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Indonesia’s solar regulations and permitting processes.
In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems and safety protocols.
