Otakaraya is a specialty purchasing company operating 1,640 stores across Japan.

With the expansion of our business, we are strengthening the back-office structure that supports the operation of our store.

This is a hybrid position where you can play an active role in a wide range of tasks—from administrative work that requires a high level of accuracy, such as document preparation and payment confirmation, to packing and light physical work involved in shipping valuable products.

【Job Description】
You will be involved consistently in tasks ranging from general administration to export operations and shipment preparation.

Desk Work (Administrative & Management Tasks)

Payment confirmation: Verifying and confirming customer payments related to transactions

Preparation of export documents: Creating invoices and packing lists

Data management: Entering product information, prices, and inventory data into internal systems

Logistics coordination: Arranging shipments with carriers (EMS / DHL / FedEx, etc.), preparing shipping labels, and tracking delivery status

Light Store Operations (Inspection & Packing)

Product inspection: Final checks for damage and missing accessories before shipment

Careful packing: Packing luxury goods (bags, watches, jewelry, etc.) securely for export

Inventory reconciliation: Matching physical inventory with system records


[Requirements & Preferences]
Required Skills:

Basic PC operation skills

Business-level English proficiency (English is used for data entry and communication with staff)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Able to handle numerical administrative tasks, such as payment confirmation, accurately and without errors

Enjoys a balance of desk work and hands-on tasks such as packing and inventory management

Handles high-value items with care and attention to detail

Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently


Business Hours 】

 Shift Schedule:Early Shift: 10:00 – 19:00/Late Shift: 13:00 – 22:00(Local time in Indonesia)
 *You may choose between the two shifts.
