Roles:
Reporting to Asset Reliability Maintenance Manager, and will be placed at our plant in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera. This role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing spare parts availability to support maintenance activities and will be responsible to :
Duties & Responsibility:
Develop and manage maintenance plans, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Develop and manage major shutdown projects
Generate the maintenance performance report
Coordinate work schedules, resources, and tools to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and urgency.
Oversee the engineering store and ensure accurate tracking of spare parts and consumables.
Ensure all maintenance plans and engineering store operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Successfully candidate will be someone who are ;
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical.
Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning and mechanical maintenance, preferably in chemicals, oleochemical or petrochemical industries.
Proficiency in English
Ability to plan major shutdown project.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
Data analysis and report writing skills.
Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance.
Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously.
SAP PM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
