Planner

Job Description:

1. Monitor process capacity regularly using relevant tools and systems to identify potential shortages, analyze when and where they occur, and determine the root causes behind them.

2. Collaborate closely with Supply Planners, Engineers, and Production teams to communicate capacity concerns, gain alignment on actions, and provide support in adjusting capacity plans in response to changes in demand or production schedules.

3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the planning process by simulating future capacity requirements for new product profiles and supporting the digitization of planning systems through tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ASP.NET (C#).

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.

3. Ability to develop systems using ASP.NET (C#) programming is preferred.

4. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
