Finance and Admin Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to support daily financial operations and general administrative activities at Pacific Internet and Solutions in South Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue invoices to customers and prepare vendor payments.

• Prepare finance reports related to customers and vendors.

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Input financial transactions into SAP and assist with monthly closing and annual audit processes.

• Manage petty cash transactions and finance reporting.

• Prepare weekly & monthly finance reports for management/authority.

• Prepare supporting lists and documentation for monthly tax reporting.

• Maintain and file financial documentation properly.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable University.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Preferably experienced in using SAP.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• High integrity, initiative and disciplined at work, detail oriented & analytical thinking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Domicile in Jakarta area is preferable.
