Finance & Purchasing Staff
About the role
We are looking for a Finance & Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team at Indo Whisky Collection, a leading provider of premium whisky products in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and purchasing activities, playing a crucial role in supporting our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
Manage all financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable purchasing terms and ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in the procurement of materials and supplies
Support the Accounting team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or purchasing role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
