Human Resources Staff
Responsibilities:
Handle employee administrative letters, including employment certificates and warning letters (SP).
Manage employee contract administration and contract extensions.
Coordinate with internal departments and respond to HR-related employee inquiries.
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records accurately and confidentially.
Perform HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Good understanding of HR administration and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
Demonstrates good communication skills, integrity, and professionalism.
