Admission staff

About the role
This role supports the school’s admissions, marketing, and partnership activities. The position is responsible for managing admissions processes, maintaining student data and documentation, supporting marketing events and partnerships, and handling related administrative and front-desk duties as required.

What you'll be doing

• Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build new partnerships with brands, companies, communities, embassies, school feeder partners, and other potential partners

  • Build new sponsors for school events and activities

  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and on-ground executions

  • Manage the full admissions process for subsidy students (scholarship students and children of teachers/staff)

  • Maintain and update admissions data for all students in the school system

  • Prepare internal proposals for marketing activities for approval and finance coordination

  • Handle internal administrative paperwork (school fees, bus fees, admissions documents, etc.)

  • Manage the student exit process and related documents

  • Support calls, emails, and documentation for partnerships and sponsorships

  • Cover the reception desk when required to ensure the front desk is always attended

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an admission or customer-facing role, preferably in the education sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

• Familiarity with international school curricula and admissions practices

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
