RESPONSIBLITY :
Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy across cosmetics and beauty channels (distributors, retailers, pharmacies, salons, spas, e-commerce partners).
Own relationships with key B2B customers and strategic partners.
Lead negotiations with distributors, national retailers, and large accounts.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team.
Collaborate with Product and R&D to provide market and customer insight.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major, Minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, B2B sales experience in Cosmetics is point plus.
Create plan and implement the Sales Strategy.
Route to market knowledge and capabilities.
Have an excellent understanding of consumer goods in cosmetics, skin care, body care and FMCG.
Having distribution network any local, national or multinational trade.
Detail oriented, logical/ critical thinking, problem solver, data-driven and have good interpersonal skills.
Has good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has leadership, integrity, and able to manage team.
