Responsibilities:
· Order Fulfillment & Management: Manage and process all domestic customer orders and ensure accurate and timely PO confirmations.
· End-to-End Coordination: Collaborate with PPIC, Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
· Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer complaints professionally, coordinating with the QA team for quick solutions, and managing house accounts through inside sales activities.
· Sales Analytical Support: Provide periodic reports related to Sales Orders, available stock, and outstanding data to assist the sales team in achieving targets and preparing forecasts.
· Data Integrity: Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of customer Master Data in the company system.
· Quotation & Costing: Prepare comprehensive price quotations, including cost calculations and material code management.
· Compliance & Safety: Actively participate in continuous improvement programs (ISO 9001, 14001, SMK3) and ensure that K3 (HIRA) standards are implemented in the work environment.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Admin, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
· Proficient in operating ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
· Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
