Job Description:

  • Receive and follow up every submitted Purchase Requisitions (PR) effectively and timely, in accordance to company procedure

  • Monitor staff purchasing job, and ensure all job can be performed in timely manner

  • Prepare report to Purchasing Manager

  • Search for new possible supplier and maintain relationship with current supplier

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any major from reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00)

  • Preferably has experiences in the related field minimum 2 years

  • Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)

  • Has good negotiation skills

  • Has solid communication skill in English or Mandarin is an advantage
