Purchasing Staff
Job Description:
Receive and follow up every submitted Purchase Requisitions (PR) effectively and timely, in accordance to company procedure
Monitor staff purchasing job, and ensure all job can be performed in timely manner
Prepare report to Purchasing Manager
Search for new possible supplier and maintain relationship with current supplier
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any major from reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00)
Preferably has experiences in the related field minimum 2 years
Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
Has good negotiation skills
Has solid communication skill in English or Mandarin is an advantage
