This position placement would be in PT Toyota Tsusho Indonesia (TTI).
Job Descriptions:
Request, receive, and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO) from suppliers/forwarders in line with ETA.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Custom Law and related regulations (Permendag, Kemendag, KLH, BPOM, Quarantine).
Ensure documents are all complete, accurate, and registered in the system (SAP, or logistics system) on time.
Coordinate with Customs Clearance PIC to hand over verified documents for clearance process.
Track shipment schedules and follow up delayed or missing documents.
Maintain organized documents filling to support audit and reporting.
Support creation of business flow, SOP and workflow documentation.
Conduct data research, reporting, and presentation preparation to group leaders or team leaders or department head.
Contributes ideas for innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Logistics, Administration, Business or related major.
At least 1 years of experience in logistics admin, documentation, or cross department support. Fresh graduate with strong skill is welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Familiar with SAP and logistics system.
Proficient in digital technology (e.g. Canva, Notion, etc.) and passionate about digital innovation.
Detail oriented with strong documentation and compliance mindset.
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
