Fraud Investigator (Denpasar)

Job Description:

• Support in fraud investigations (handle case escalations from other teams)

• Conduct interviews with witnesses and related parties

• Gather evidence (CCTV footage, system logs, interviews, etc.) and compile investigation reports.

• Layout assessments

• Identify fraud modus operandi (MO)
  

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in investigation, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or similar fields.

• Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce industries is a plus.

• Familiarity with control charts and logistics systems

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct investigative interviews professionally and objectively.

• Proficient in preparing chronological case reports and documentation.

• Strong integrity and work ethic.

• Able to handle pressure and manage sensitive situations calmly.

• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, and willing to travel for business across cities.
