Job Summary & Role Impact

As a Store Maintenance Administration team member, you will be the organizational backbone of our store maintenance operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring our stores run smoothly by managing all administrative and documentation processes. By tracking service requests, coordinating vendor schedules, and maintaining accurate records, you directly support our technicians and managers, helping to keep our facilities safe, functional, and ready to serve customers every day.

What We’ll Work on Together

  • Manage the end-to-end administrative process for all store maintenance activities.
  • Track incoming service requests and coordinate schedules for our maintenance technicians and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate and organized maintenance records, reports, and other essential documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Support the managerial team by providing necessary data and reports on maintenance operations.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in maintenance, facility management, or store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS) is an advantage.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to stay calm during urgent situations.
  • A collaborative team player willing to support both field technicians and managerial teams.
