About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cargo Customer Service Manager / Ast Manager to join our dynamic freight forwarding team at PT. Mulia Berkat Logistindo', located in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a cargo or freight forwarding management role

2. Preferably candidates who already have "existing customers" or can bring loyal clients to the company

3. Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and delivering high-quality service to clients

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
