Qualification :

  1. Formal Education : Minimum Diploma 3 /D3

  2. Known QA rule and handling Customer Claim

  3. Known and had experienced to analyze 7 tools

  4. Known defect characteristic on Injection and Press Stamping Product

  5. Known ISO 9001, IATF, and ISO 14001 Standard

  6. Known IATF Core Tools System

Job Description :

  1. Make Sure all process is due standard

  2. Make analyze if customer claim occur

  3. Negotiate with customer

  4. Do Internal Improvement / Kaizen

  5. Genba Patrol

  6. Arrange training awareness to production and quality member
