Job Descriptions :
Manage day-to-day operations for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook official accounts.
Build weekly content calendars, manage posting cadence, and track basic growth goals.
Run official account livestreams end-to-end — from topic and script planning to go-live execution, audience engagement, and quick recap.
Ideate and produce content: shoot using mobile or camera, organize assets, edit with CapCut, design covers/posters using Canva or Photoshop, and publish on schedule.
Optimize posts (hook, title, tags, timing) and conduct simple A/B tests to improve reach and engagement.
Drive creator recruitment: set up CTAs (forms/DM keywords/QR codes), manage a simple funnel (exposure → DM → screening → trial stream), and hand off to talent managers.
Plan and execute growth campaigns (hashtag challenges, giveaways, UGC, collaborations) and deliver supporting materials and timelines.
Monitor performance of content, livestreams, and campaigns; perform basic analytics in Excel and share key takeaways in PowerPoint or Word.
Operate WhatsApp groups to announce creator activities, share playbooks, post leaderboards, and boost participation.
Collaborate with talent managers on creator scheduling, event sign-ups, day-to-day follow-ups, and data tracking.
Job Requirements :
Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Must have a portfolio showcasing your live streaming or social media project experience.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or livestream operations.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — knows how to plan content, read insights, and grow engagement.
Hands-on skills in CapCut and Canva (or Photoshop) for video and visual content creation.
Able to use Excel or similar tools for data processing and reporting — understands key formulas (lookup, IF, countifs, text/date logic, index/match, etc) and can build clear summary reports.
Enjoys fast-paced, creative work and comfortable coordinating with creators or internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Proven experience in creating data dashboards using PivotTable, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Strong ability to visualize, analyze, and interpret performance data for reporting and decision-making.
Hands-on experience with basic analytics and performance tracking across social media, livestreams, or digital campaigns.
