In the team, Operation Staff will handle such as:
Operational coordination and communication between Aftersales, customers, and the company
Service monitoring and administration
Scheduling and assigning mechanics with the Service Head coordination
Assessment and development of Aftersales with HR and the Training and Development division
Control and evaluation of work performance, monitoring of unit downtime, service response time, customer satisfaction
Creating improvement SOPs and compliance with inter-departmental coordination
Coordination of spare parts and operational support by the branch's needs
Key Account communication with customers and principals
Warehouse and inventory analysis and management
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering major
Leadership experience is a plus
Good administration and communication skill
Time management ability to solve problems effectively
Loyal and good at handling work pressure
