Logistic Shipping Officer

Job Description Summary :

• Perform daily activities of dry cargo and containerize shipping chartering. 

• Manage shipments delivery in a timely manner. 

• Maintains relationships with carrier vendors and consistently and escalate and assist (internal &external) customer issues.

Job Description :

• Organising all shipments in line with all related parties

• Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments

• Deliver against departmental KPIs

• Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).

• Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions

• Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times

• Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions

• Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and

• performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required

• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Job Requirements :

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field

• Fresh Graduate or Having max 2 years of working experience in shipping area

• Good in communication and analytical thinking

• Detail oriented

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
