Implement and manage Network Security (Firewall, Router, VPN)
Configure and maintain Mikrotik networking devices
Perform maintenance and repair of printers and other peripheral devices
Manage and maintain the PABX system (office telephone)
Monitor network and system performance to ensure maximum uptime
Provide support to internal users
Create SOPs and documentation for systems, configurations, and IT procedures
Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning
