Tenant Relation Staff

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Min. 2 years of experience as Customer Service / Tenant Relation in Mall / Apartment / Retail industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 365

• Proficient in report preparation and data follow-up

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Willing to be placed at K Mall - Kemayoran, Taman Anggrek Residence - West Jakarta, & Menara Jakarta - Central Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the work environment, facilities, infrastructure, and assets to ensure smooth and effective business operations.

• Handle and follow up on tenant needs and complaints related to facilities, environment, and operational matters in a responsive manner.

• Ensure all facilities, assets, and tenants comply with applicable SOPs, business processes, and company policies.

• Manage administrative processes, data, documentation, and budget planning, including controlling budget utilization and realization based on work targets.
