Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major
Min. 2 years of experience as Customer Service / Tenant Relation in Mall / Apartment / Retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Proficient in report preparation and data follow-up
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to be placed at K Mall - Kemayoran, Taman Anggrek Residence - West Jakarta, & Menara Jakarta - Central Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the work environment, facilities, infrastructure, and assets to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
Handle and follow up on tenant needs and complaints related to facilities, environment, and operational matters in a responsive manner.
Ensure all facilities, assets, and tenants comply with applicable SOPs, business processes, and company policies.
Manage administrative processes, data, documentation, and budget planning, including controlling budget utilization and realization based on work targets.
