The Role

As an Operations & Sales Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of day-to-day execution - working closely with the sales team to prepare PO/DO documents and coordinate deliveries to/from clients. You’ll coordinate essential operational admin across teams, manage inventory accuracy (including stock movements and consignment tracking), and keep reporting clean and reliable. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, fast, and enjoys being the person who “makes things happen” behind the scenes.

What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)

• Manage end-to-end order documentation and fulfilment (PO, DO, receiving, delivery coordination)

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movements, allocations, and consignment tracking

• Monitor stock levels, run routine stock opname, and reconcile physical stock vs system data

• Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and distribution reports, highlighting risks early (e.g., low stock, discrepancies)

• Provide cross-team admin support (vendor follow-ups, scheduling, internal coordination, simple ops requests)

• Support company logistics like team outings and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with ERP/data tools (e.g., Accurate / Kledo)

• Excellent English + Bahasa Indonesia (written + verbal)

• Highly organized, detail-driven, able to manage multiple tasks daily

• Fast, responsive, and reliable—strong follow-through and accountability
