Responsibilities
Controlling and managing legal documents and company assets
Provide legal opinion related to legal and business aspects of the company
Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to company needs
Manage administration related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and company legality
Requirements
Minimal Bachelor Degree in Law from Reputable University
Having more than 2 years experience in same position
Have the ability in terms of legal affairs business law, drafting and legal review
Understand and be familiar with the licensing system through OSS RBA
Able to act and operate independently with minimum daily direction to accomplish objectives
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
