IT Support
Responsibility:
Monitor and maintain PCs and IT systems on the production line
Provide daily technical support for manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain databases and production-related applications
Ensure system availability and minimize production disruption
Coordinate with production and engineering teams
Prepare support reports and documentation
Requirement:
Minimum education: Vocational / Technical School (SMK/D3) in IT, Computer, or related field
Experience in manufacturing/industrial IT support is preferred
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), Basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), Hardware troubleshooting (PC, printer, scanner), and Oracle Database or PHP (advantage)
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Required language(s): English
