Human Resources and Development Officer

Placement: Surabaya | East Java
Fulltime 

Responsibility:

1. Conducting HRD interviews and job offer.

2. Developing, implementing, monitoring employee performance evaluation systems, analyzing the outcomes, and providing improvement recommendation.

3. Planning, monitoring, and reporting succession plan and employee update.

4. Analyzing compensation structures to support talent development, promotions, and role adjustments.

5. Ensuring that all employment processes are carried out in accordance with applicable labor laws.

6. Handling employee administration, onboarding, exit clearance interview, payroll, disciplinary process, and internal regulations.

7. Maintaining, organizing, and executing HR records, such as employment contracts, warning letters, evaluations, resignations, and HR policies/programs.

8. Preparing regular HRD reports and documentation to support management.

9. Organizing and make plans on improving employee quality and engagement.

10. Handling employee queries about HR-related issues.

Requirement:

1. Ethical, responsible, honest, initiative, communicative, and responsive.

2. At least three year experience in HRD field.

3. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, or equivalent.

4. Knowledgeable about Indonesia Labour Law and any related laws.

5. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and programs.

6. Excellent communication and management skills, with ability to collaborate at all levels.

7. Knowledgable about change management methodologies, human behavior, and organizational dynamics.

8. Profiecient with Microsoft Office (excellent in Ms. Word & Ms. Excel).

9. Able to communicate in English (passively) is a plus.

10. Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
