Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, handling Modern Trade/General Trade channel, Food & Beverages products is a must
Proven track record in sales management, target achievement, and market expansion within the FMCG & Distribution sector
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to achieve sales targets in the designated area
Implement strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion
Understanding of distribution networks, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles
Manage operational costs within the assigned area to optimize efficiency and profitability
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products according to set targets
Conduct regular visits to outlets within the area to build relationships and provide support
Excellent leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills, clear and concise communication skill
Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and budget management
