  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, handling Modern Trade/General Trade channel, Food & Beverages products is a must

  • Proven track record in sales management, target achievement, and market expansion within the FMCG & Distribution sector

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to achieve sales targets in the designated area

  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion

  • Understanding of distribution networks, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles

  • Manage operational costs within the assigned area to optimize efficiency and profitability

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products according to set targets

  • Conduct regular visits to outlets within the area to build relationships and provide support

  • Excellent leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills, clear and concise communication skill

  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and budget management
