Responsibility:
Handling recruitment activities: drafting job description, posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management administration.
Managing offboarding & exit clearance administration.
Handling HR operational administration, including employment contracts, employee's data & administration (BPJS KS & BPJS TK), employee records, and other administration documents.
Provide day-to-day/daily HR operational support and respond to employee inquiries about HR-related issues.
Monitoring attendance, leave requests, overtime records, and business trips.
Ensuring strict compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Coordinating with Legal Team for maintaining employment contract and guideline.
Requirement:
Ethical, responsible, honest, initiative, communicative, and responsive.
Profiecient with Microsoft Office (excellent in Ms. Word & Ms. Excel).
At least one year experience in HR administration field.
Diploma (D3)/Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Knowledgeable about hiring/employment procedures.
Knowledgeable about Indonesia Labour Law and any related laws is a plus.
Knowledgeable about any SOP related to HRD Department.
Able to communicate in English (passively) is a plus.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
Willing to travel for business trips.
